We will strip the site, construct the sub-structure whether its standard strip foundations or highly energy efficient passive house slab foundations.

2. Rising walls

We will construct your rising walls to your specification. All construction methods are undertaken including,

• Standard cavity wall construction
• Passive house
• ICF, insulated concrete formwork
• Timber frame

3. Roof

We will construct your roof, cut roof or truss roof and complete all finishes to your requirements.

4. Windows

The windows of your choice will be supplied and fitted by us.

5. External wall finishes
