About Us

JSM Kelly Developments Ltd is a construction and civil engineering company with 3 generations of history in the building trade. Our routes go back to Enda J. Kelly who started building in the early 1950's. As Enda developed the construction firm he progressed into building local authority housing and schools along with his steady stream of private clients and later on to large industrial projects.

By the 1970's his eldest son Johnny was becoming a prominent leader in the company. Johnny served his time as a carpenter but later re-trained as a quantity surveyor. One of his many roles was as a project manager on site thus all these roles combined have given him an in depth knowledge of all types of construction.

In 2004 Johnny's son joined the team and we re-launched as JSM Kelly's.. Sean has an honours degree in Civil Engineering and is a member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland. He has over 10 years experience in all types projects ranging from 10 thousand to thirty million. Having worked as a Site Engineer/Manager for one of Irelands largest building contractors he has gained vast knowledge of modern construction techniques and systems.

These skills combined with our well trained staff is helping us reach and exceed our goals of exceeding our clients expectations of quality of work, service and value.
